PAAM - Personal AM Assistant
Optimizes laser toolpath and machine parameters with the objective to minimize defects and adjust quality/cost ratio on AI based data analysis and user input.
Analyzes build files for possible porosities, suboptimal laser vector scanning and gas flow induced problems.
Gives suggestions for a more optimal parameter set that is geometry dependent and eliminates unnecessary costs. Gives the option to adjust parameters for either best quality or for minimizing costs.

The tool has a large number of APIs that makes it easy to integrate with build processors and workflow systems.
Optionally, the algorithms can be integrated without front end screens.
- PAAM is part of the AM end-to-end workflow, and is a step for the global optimizer in the calculation of a global optimum (e.g. what machine the part should be uploaded into, and what other parts shall it be combined with into the same nested build).
